Hi! I would like to start with saying that i really like your blog and the concept of making yummy things with high protein content. Haven't tried so many recipes yet, but i am going to. Which brings me to my question, do you use an American cup or British cup? I know it's not that big a difference but when you are going to buy cup measurings mainly for these recipes it would be nice to have the right one :)
Acording to Wikipedia the American cup is 237 ml and the British is 250 ml. Which when I think about is only about a five percent diffrence, so it's probably not gonna matter which I use. But thanks for taking time to answer such a silly question anyways :)
Helloooo there! I'm a newbie to your blog as of yesterday and thinking I am becoming obsessed. Just spent a good load buying ingredients and purchasing your book today. Thinking my husband is one hell of a happy man. I'm definately stoked for tomorrow to begin this new obsession. Hats off!! Blog is GRAND and thanks a million from Colorado!
I'm from the UK, just wondered what Casein protein you use? (chocolate if possible), and where you purchase from ?
ReplyDeleteHi! I use optimum nutrition's chocolate casein! get it on amazon.co.uk? I should put it on here on the shop! I love the stuff :-)

ReplyDeleteHello Anna
ReplyDeleteWhat brands of silicone bake-ware do you recommend ? I've noticed WellBake - which looks cool & quality-oriented
Most are interchangeable really?
