My latest bodybuilding.com column is up and it's for
Protein (or 'Fitness') Falafel. I don't know if you're as big a fan of falafel as I am but, even if you're not, I urge you to try the recipe, because mmm... falafel is just so tasty :-) And it's amazingly versatile too: can have falafel solo, dip it in greek yogurt, have with hummus, or next to some baba-ganuosh! You can stuff fafalel in pita bread (protein pita bread?) or have it on top of a salad too. There's lots of ways to eat falafel and they all have one thing in common: they bring on a huge cascade of nommmage!
