Banana Whey Protein Flan

I was going through some of my older recipes the other day and I flagged The Banana Protein Pow with a note saying "upload the flan as a separate recipe." So, without further ado, here's the flan! It uses only three ingredients, it's unbelieeeevably easy to make, and WAAAAA!!!!! it's good, really good ;-)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of banana whey protein
1 pack of powdered gelatin (11g)

300ml of carton coconut milk (or almond milk, of hemp milk, or whole milk)

Directions: Heat the milk in a pot until it got hot-hot but not boiling hot. You want to be able to stick your (clean) finger in there without screaming in agony. Think about the temperature of drinking coffee or tea. Ok. After that, pour the milk in a bowl and whisk it with the whey and gelatin until everything dissolves. You can use a hand-whisk or an electric one (it's up to how lazy you're feeling when you make it). Finally, divided the mixture into two bowls (or mugs/glasses), leave it in the fridge overnight until it sets, and BOOOOM!!!!!! You've got yourself a delicious banana protein flan which you can, if you want, later transform into a Banana Protein Pow - a combination of protein flan, protein cake, and protein fluff ;-)

Macros - per one out of the two you get from the mix above (if you make it with carton coconut milk like I did: 173.7kcals, 4.8g carbs, 27.6g protein, 4.9g fat and 0.5g fiber.
